A few good things coming this way soon...

Duncan Smith’s 'conductR' code is great for measuring hydraulic conductivity with either a balance or a pipette (in the field). [R] package 'fitplc' fitting sigmoidal/weibull functions to percent loss of conductivity data. Anna Jacobsen's instructional powerpoint slides for various techniques including: Single vessel air-injection, hydraulic conductivity (Sperry apparatus), flushing, centrifuge method for vulnerability, and functional anatomy (vessel length, staining methods etc.) Optical Vulnerability Method (OVM) developed by Tom Brodribb, Chris Lucani, and Philippe Marmottant .
